“Do the prices on your website include decorations?”
No, decorations/materials are priced separately.
“How far in advance can I book an event?”
We are able to schedule events up to 1 year in advance if our availability permits.
“How soon am I able to schedule an event?”
Events must be scheduled no sooner than 30 days from the desired event date. This excludes traditional weddings, elopements, and destination weddings which require extensive notice due to preparation time.
“Are your starting prices negotiable?”
No, our starting prices are non-negotiable, with no exceptions.
“What is your cancelation policy?”
Consultation calls canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled call will result in being banned from booking consultations in the future.
Cancelations of events of any kind are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. Please review the terms of service within your contract for more information.
“Am I able to reschedule my event once the date has been secured?”
Yes, you are able to reschedule your event up to 1 time, if our availability permits. This will result in a rescheduling fee of $50 at the time of rescheduling. Please review the terms of service within your contract for more information.
